What Our Caregivers May Assist With

Depending on the client's individual care plan, caregiver responsibilities may include:


  • Companionship and conversation
  • Personal hygiene and grooming assistance
  • Dressing and daily living support
  • Meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Laundry and linen changes
  • Transportation and errands
  • Medication reminders
  • Walking and mobility assistance
  • Encouraging appropriate activities and social engagement
  • Providing dependable supervision and support
  • Documenting care and communicating important changes to the care team


Each client's needs are different, and caregivers receive information about their assigned client's care plan and responsibilities.

What Our Caregivers May Assist With

Requirements may vary depending on the position and client assignment.

Applicants may be required to:


  • Complete a background check
  • Provide valid identification and authorization to work
  • Maintain reliable transportation
  • Hold a valid driver's license when transportation is part of the assignment
  • Meet applicable training and competency requirements
  • Complete required orientation and onboarding
  • Maintain current CPR/First Aid certification when required
  • Meet any additional requirements associated with a specific client or position

Additional experience or credentials such as CNA, nursing assistant, home health, senior care, dementia care, or personal care experience may be preferred for certain assignments.
